Welcome to Go Green For Earth. By using our website and placing an order with us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Product Description

We specialize in custom hand-drawn photo sketches, which are framed and delivered as physical products. Since all sketches are made based on the photos provided by you, please ensure your uploaded images are clear and of high quality.

2. Order Placement

Orders can be placed through our website, WhatsApp, or email.
Full payment is required at the time of order.
Orders are confirmed only after payment is successfully received.

3. Delivery Timeline

Sketch creation takes approximately 4–6 working days.
Delivery usually takes 3–5 working days, depending on your location.
Delays due to courier services, holidays, or natural events are beyond our control.

4. Shipping

We deliver across India via trusted courier partners.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and correct delivery address.
Any additional re-shipping charges due to incorrect address or missed delivery will be borne by the customer.

5. Returns & Refunds

As all products are custom-made, we do not accept returns.
However, if your order is received damaged, defective, or incorrect, please refer to our Returns & Refund Policy and contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery.

6. Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be canceled within 1 hour of placing them.
Once work has begun on your sketch, cancellation or refund is not allowed.

7. Use of Content

All sketches created by us may be used (anonymously) for showcasing on our website or social media for promotional purposes.
If you do not wish your artwork to be used, kindly inform us in advance via email.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website (images, designs, text, logos) is the property of Go Green For Earth. Reproduction or use of our content without permission is strictly prohibited.
