Returns & Refund Policy

At Go Green For Earth, each photo sketch is custom-made and handcrafted just for you. We take pride in delivering high-quality framed sketches to your doorstep. As all our products are personalized, we have a specific return and refund policy outlined below:
1. No Returns for Custom Products
Since our sketches are custom-made from your photos, we do not accept returns once the sketch has been created and delivered.
2. Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged or broken, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:
- Clear photos of the damaged product
- A brief description of the issue
- Your order ID

Once verified, we will either:
- Send a replacement sketch, or
- Offer a full or partial refund, depending on the situation.
3. Incorrect or Incomplete Orders
If you receive a sketch that does not match your submitted photo or specifications:
- Please report it within 48 hours of delivery
- We will review your case and resolve it with either a correction, replacement, or refund
4. Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it. After that, if the sketching work has already begun, the order cannot be canceled or refunded.
5. Refund Time
If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
