Shipping Policy

At Go Green For Earth, we take pride in delivering your custom hand-drawn sketch artwork safely and on time. Please read our shipping policy below to understand how we handle packaging, delivery, and timelines.
1. Order Processing Time
- All photo sketches are custom-made and require 4–6 working days to complete.
- Orders are processed only after full payment is received.
- We’ll notify you via WhatsApp or email once your order is ready for shipping.
2. Shipping Time & Delivery
- We deliver across all parts of India.
- Delivery usually takes 3–5 working days after dispatch, depending on your location and courier service availability.
- You will receive a tracking ID once the product is shipped.
3. Shipping Charges
- Standard shipping is free for most orders.
- For remote areas or express delivery, extra charges may apply (if applicable, it will be communicated in advance).
4. Packaging
- Each sketch is packed securely with protective bubble wrap and a sturdy frame box to ensure it reaches you safely and without damage.
5. Delays
- While we strive to deliver on time, delays can happen due to courier issues, holidays, weather, or unforeseen events.
- We appreciate your patience and understanding during such instances.
6. Incorrect Address or Delivery Failure
- Please ensure your shipping address and phone number are accurate at checkout.
- If the parcel is returned due to incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, the reshipping cost will be borne by the customer.
7. Damaged in Transit
- If your product is damaged during shipping, contact us within 24 hours of receiving it with photos and order details.
- We will arrange for a replacement or refund based on the situation (see our Returns & Refund Policy).
